1. Scope and Acceptance
This Payment Policy forms an integral part of the service agreement between Vagus Services (“Company”) and the candidate (“Client”). By engaging the Company’s services, the Client agrees to be bound by this policy.
2. Registration Fee (Non-Refundable)
- A mandatory, non-refundable registration fee of INR 35,000 + applicable GST (currently 18%) is payable to initiate services.
- The total payable at registration shall be INR 41,300 (inclusive of 18% GST).
- The Company shall commence services only upon confirmation of receipt of this fee.
- This fee covers initial processing, profile evaluation, and onboarding and is non-transferable and non-adjustable under any circumstances.
3. Fee Structure and Installments
- The total service fee shall be communicated and agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.
- Payments shall be made in pre-defined installments as per the executed contract.
- All applicable taxes, including GST, shall be charged over and above the agreed service fee, unless stated otherwise.
- The Client agrees to adhere strictly to the installment schedule irrespective of progress stage, delays, or external factors beyond the Company’s control.
4. Payment Obligations
- All payments must be made on or before the due dates specified in the agreement.
- Payments shall be made only through official channels authorized by the Company.
- The Client shall bear any applicable bank charges, taxes, or transaction fees.
5. Default and Consequences of Non-Payment
In the event of delayed or missed payments:
- The Company reserves the right to suspend all services immediately without prior notice.
- Continued default may lead to termination of services, with no refund of any fees paid.
- The Company reserves the right to recover outstanding dues through legal means.
6. No Refund Policy
- All payments made to Vagus Services, including the registration fee and subsequent installments, are strictly non-refundable.
- No refunds shall be provided in the event of:
- Visa rejection
- Job offer withdrawal
- Change in Client’s personal circumstances
- Delays due to third parties or government authorities
- Exceptions, if any, must be explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by the Company.
7. Service Timeline Disclaimer
- The overseas recruitment process typically ranges between 1.5 to 2 years.
- This timeline is indicative and may vary due to external factors.
- The Company shall not be held liable for delays beyond its control.
8. Third-Party Costs and Liabilities
- Fees paid to the Company do not include costs related to visas, travel, accommodation, insurance, documentation, or government charges unless explicitly stated.
- The Client shall bear all such additional costs independently.
- The Company shall not be responsible for third-party actions or outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Company acts solely as a facilitator and shall not be liable for:
- Non-selection by employers
- Visa refusal or delays
- Employment termination or disputes post-placement
- The Company’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client.
10. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate services without refund if:
- The Client provides false or misleading information
- The Client breaches any terms
- The Client fails to cooperate
11. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
- Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
- Failing which, they shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
- This agreement shall be governed by Indian law.
12. Amendments
Vagus Services reserves the right to amend this Payment Policy at its discretion. Updated terms shall be binding upon communication.
